🔄 Return & Refund Policy We want you to love your WAXLY experience! If you have any issues, here’s our return policy: ✔ Returns Accepted: Only for unused, sealed products within 7 days of delivery. ✔ Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. ✔ Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, contact us immediately with proof (images) for a replacement. ✔ Non-Returnable Items: Used or opened wax products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
1. Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return, the items must be:
- Unused and in their original packaging.
- In the same condition as received.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used prescription medications.
- Personal care or hygiene products.
- Items marked as final sale.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@waxly.com.pk. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping address.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
5. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify the replacement item in your request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
